Our first project, a cozy mystery called Overdue for Murder, came about because the author, Suzanne Lay and I spent ten years developing the characters and shaping the story. Made for readers who want a little fun with their fiction—who could solve a murder in this quirky Southern town except for the high school librarian who’s “not from around here”?
